Recipe savory with almonds and caju
1 cup of raw caju
½ cup of almonds
½ cup of dates
½ cup of peanut butter
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup of coconut
½ cup of coconut flakes
½ spoon of vanilla extract
¼ spoon ground cinnamon
1½ cup with cocoa chips for baking (60% cocoa)
1½ tablespoon coconut oil
Prepare a tray, cover with aluminum foil and grease it with a little coconut oil.
Shake the caju and almonds in the blender, add dates, cinnamon, peanut butter, maple syrup, honey, coconut, coconut and vanilla extract. Mix them until it becomes a sticky composition.
